I was born and raised in North York in the early '90s. I'm old enough to remember when the internet became mainstream but young enough to feel like I grew up with it. From the very first time I used a computer, it always just clicked.
Fast-forward a few years (maybe more than a few), it became common knowledge in my community that I was the guy to call for computer help. It didn't take much longer for me to realize I should focus my skills and training on business IT. In 2010, J. Morrison IT Consulting was born. And every day since, I've been striving to learn more and improve.

They're both! The vast majority of work can be done remotely, which clients love because it allows for super fast response times. It also means very high flexibility when clients need to schedule support for specific days/times ahead. But when a job requires on-site support, Jesse will be there.
Most support requests are handled between Monday and Friday, 9 am to 5 pm ET. For any matters that require support outside of these hours, Jesse always does his best to accommodate. For example, if a client's network router needs to be replaced, this would typically be done outside of the client's operating hours in order to avoid downtime.
J. Morrison IT Consulting is designed for small businesses with 10 or more computers. If your business has fewer than 10 computers, please don't hesitate to reach out anyway. You never know what might be a good fit.

Absolutely. A few of J. Morrison IT Consulting's clients are even outside of Canada. The only downside is a lack of on-site support and time zone differences. On-site support cannot be offered outside of the GTA, and most support requests are handled between 9 am and 5 pm Eastern Time.
